Insanely easy process and super easy to navigate website. Will definitely be using fly fairly again. I did come across a minor hiccup with my booking not being able to be accessed through the airlines website but this was all very quickly resolved within around 30 mins by using the websites online chat function where Xanthe helped out amazingly whilst being polite and professional. Definitely a great asset to the company! This really makes or breaks returning customers and I’ve definitely been won over! Thanks!

I am very happy with my experience with Fly Fairly. Their customer service is top notch!! I was having a trouble fixing a wrong spelling of my name in my booking but they were able to help me through it.
