Occasionally, there may be discrepancies in availability leading to reservation cancellations before tickets are issued. In such cases, Fly Fairly will attempt to provide suitable alternatives or issue refunds where applicable, in compliance with relevant regulations. We are not liable for any consequences arising from such cancellations except as required by law.

For roundtrip bookings with separate one-way fares, cancellations and refunds are governed by the individual airline’s policies. If a flight is canceled, unused segments may not be refunded based on the airline's rules.

If you fail to appear for your flight or do not check in according to the airline's requirements, your ticket will be marked as a 'no-show.' As a result, the airline may cancel the remaining segments of your trip, and your ticket may become void and non-refundable. This is an automated process managed by the airline and is beyond Fly Fairly's control, Fly Fairly is conveying this information to you for your benefit.

If your booking involves multiple one-way fares or separate tickets, each segment may have its own cancellation and no-show rules. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with the individual airline policies associated with each segment of your journey. Fly Fairly will assist in rebooking or changes where possible, subject to airline rules and applicable fees, but cannot guarantee the reinstatement of canceled segments or provide refunds for no-show tickets.

Fly Fairly may also retain a portion of this as its own service fee (“Service Fees”), which is non-refundable unless otherwise restricted by law. In certain regions, the taxes and fees may also incorporate government-imposed service fees or other levies required to be collected by the relevant travel provider or by Fly Fairly.

You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, fees, charges, or assessments that may arise from your use of this platform. While Fly Fairly endeavors to present the complete cost of each booking on the platform, additional government-imposed taxes or fees may be added after the booking is finalized. Should this occur, you agree to remit any such additional amounts, unless prohibited by law.

Refunds for transactions made with cryptocurrencies may not always be processed through the original payment method. In such cases, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or Fly Fairly vouchers. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the original transaction value in the local currency at the time of booking, regardless of fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

Travel involves certain inherent risks, and conditions in some destinations may be more dangerous than others.
