Travel Reservations and Availability
Our travel services are dependent on real-time availability from carriers and suppliers. Occasionally, there may be discrepancies in availability leading to reservation cancellations before tickets are issued. In such cases, Fly Fairly will attempt to provide alternatives or issue refunds, but we are not liable for any consequences arising from such cancellations.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
For roundtrip bookings with separate one-way fares, cancellations and refunds are governed by the individual airline’s policies. If a flight is canceled, unused segments may not be refunded based on the airline's rules.
No Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your flight, your ticket becomes invalid and non-refundable. If you do not follow the sequence of flights as booked, your remaining flights will be automatically canceled by the airline, and no refund will be provided. This is an automated airline process that Fly Fairly cannot change.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fly Fairly, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs arising from your breach of these terms, violation of any law, or misuse of this website.
Unlawful Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purposes or any purpose prohibited by these terms. Any unauthorized use of the website may result in termination of your access to the site.

Amending Your Booking

Crypto Currencies
Refunds for transactions made with cryptocurrencies may not always be processed through the original payment method. In such cases, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or Fly Fairly vouchers.
International Travel Regulations
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all travel regulations, including passport, visa, health, and documentation requirements for all destinations and transit points. Fly Fairly is not responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance with these regulations.
Sanctioned Regions
Fly Fairly does not offer flights to or from the following regions: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk. Any flight searches involving these regions will not be processed, and payments will be disabled.
Special Baggage
Certain items may be restricted by airlines due to size or weight limitations, especially on fully booked flights. Fly Fairly is not liable for any costs associated with special baggage restrictions.
Modification of Terms
Fly Fairly reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website signifies acceptance of any changes. It is recommended to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be resolved in the courts of Singapore. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fly Fairly regarding the use of this website. Any other agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, are superseded by these terms.
Use of Website
