• Online Check-In:
  Available via the Batik Air website and mobile app. Opens 24 hours and closes 4 hours before departure (international) or 1 hour before departure (domestic).
• Airport Check-In:
  Opens 2–3 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes prior for domestic flights; 60 minutes for international flights. Early arrival is recommended.

Baggage Policy

• Carry-On (Cabin Baggage):

  • One cabin bag up to 7 kg (56cm x 36cm x 23cm)
  • One small personal item (laptop bag, handbag)
• Checked Baggage:

  • Domestic (Indonesia): Economy Class includes 20 kg, Business Class includes 30 kg
  • International: Allowance varies by route and fare class
  • Excess baggage fees apply if over the allowance

Wi-Fi and In-Flight Entertainment

• Wi-Fi:
  Not currently available on most Batik Air flights.
• In-Flight Entertainment:
  Personal screens or shared displays available on select aircraft. Headphones may be provided or can be used with your own device.

Food & Drink

• Economy Class:
  Complimentary snacks and beverages on most flights. Hot meals may be provided on longer routes or select international services.
• Business Class:
  Full meal service with a selection of beverages, including coffee, tea, and juices.

Special Services

• Seat Selection:
  Available during booking or via Manage Booking. Additional fees may apply depending on fare class.
• Passengers with Disabilities:
  Wheelchair assistance and special needs services are available upon request. Notify the airline at least 48 hours in advance.
• Unaccompanied Minors:
  Services available for children ages 5–11 traveling alone. Arrangements must be made in advance.
• Medical Needs:
  Passengers requiring medical clearance or assistance (e.g., oxygen) should contact Batik Air prior to the flight.
