I have nothing but praise for Fly fairly. My flight to Frank further for 13th March was cancelled by the airline due to the pilots strike. So they(airline) automatically booked me another flight for the next day. Unfortunately that didn't tally with my plans with my host so I had to ask fairly for a refund & cancellation. Hours later my host informed me they have organised some to wait for me from the airport and drive me to the venue. So I tried to reinstate my flight back by asking fly fairly to cancel the cancellation😁 Unfortunately I was informed that once a cancellation has been raised it cannot be reverted. I was so sad but refused to tell my hosts I had not succeeded till maybe Friday. Now I just woke up this morning 12/3/26 and ny spirit said check your messages. Voila!!! It was there. A message from Margot informing me that the flight can be recovered if only I could confirm it. I thought I was dreaming, I couldn't believe it. Upon confirming Margot quickly confirmed my booking. Now I can comfortably inform my sister who was so sad I was not going for wedding that I will be there. This means so much to me. It's the efficiency from fly fairly, Margot took time to go over the messages and was able to check the airline and saw that my cancellation had not been activated and flight for 14/3 is still confirmed. That effort means so much to me. I am so impressed by the care of FlyFairly and Margot. I highly recommend everyone to use Fly Fairly. It was my first time using them but definitely not the last. I have a trip coming up in April to Serbia, and will be contacting them soonest. Thank you Fly Fairly and thank you Margot. You are the best. I am a very satisfied customer. God bless you all. My flights from UAE to USA were rescheduled by Emirates due to the war and there was a delay in the reissue. This caused anxiety as I was offered a government refugee flight in the same time frame. The team was very professional and quick to respond. Jade, in particular was very helpful in elevating my situation to an urgent status. Most importantly she demonstrated kindness and empathy in very difficult circumstances. Their customer service is stellar in all aspects.

Insanely easy process and super easy to navigate website. Will definitely be using fly fairly again. I did come across a minor hiccup with my booking not being able to be accessed through the airlines website but this was all very quickly resolved within around 30 mins by using the websites online chat function where Xanthe helped out amazingly whilst being polite and professional. Definitely a great asset to the company! This really makes or breaks returning customers and I’ve definitely been won over! Thanks!

Had a typo issue (my fault) with my booking which was promptly rectified by Ayla at customer service. Very grateful to her as I was very worried that my mistake was going to be a huge problem to fix.

I've used flyfairly once and that experience alone with their customer service team (especially Margot) will make me come back in the future. They go out of their way to help you with any queries as best they can and their reply time is impeccable

Flight selection and Add-on choices are clear and concise in general. All that is needed is an option to put in one's frequent flyer program, if applicable.

I notice my return flight was for the wrong day and I spoke with Cleo via chat and everything was handled quickly and easily. She worked out all the details and offered me several options on the day that I should’ve been flying home and we were able to get it handled in less than 20 minutes. Thank you so much, Cleo. I am very happy with my experience with Fly Fairly. Their customer service is top notch!! I was having a trouble fixing a wrong spelling of my name in my booking but they were able to help me through it. They did their best to contact the two different airlines i booked my flight with and in just 1-2 days, they were able to fix it. I can now breathe and just wait until the day of my flight. The customer service team was incredibly supportive throughout the process. I had a minor name typo, and there was a fee associated with the name change. The online agents have been very helpful in explaining any cancelations or changes that I've inquired about my scheduled flight tickets. I still don't leave until the 15th but they've been a great team so far

Very flexible term. Aftersales is superb. Had my flight cancelled by the airline. The new flight was not flexible to me, so I requested for a cancelation and refund,and the whole team assisted me to reach out to the airline.

I have a non flexible flight but I really need to change it, one of the CS agent, Angel is very accommodating and patient with my inquiries. Even if my ticket has strict rules, she still assisted me.
