My flights from UAE to USA were rescheduled by Emirates due to the war and there was a delay in the reissue. This caused anxiety as I was offered a government refugee flight in the same time frame. The team was very professional and quick to respond. Jade, in particular was very helpful in elevating my situation to an urgent status. Most importantly she demonstrated kindness and empathy in very difficult circumstances. Their customer service is stellar in all aspects.

Insanely easy process and super easy to navigate website. Will definitely be using fly fairly again. I did come across a minor hiccup with my booking not being able to be accessed through the airlines website but this was all very quickly resolved within around 30 mins by using the websites online chat function where Xanthe helped out amazingly whilst being polite and professional. Definitely a great asset to the company! This really makes or breaks returning customers and I’ve definitely been won over! Thanks!

I am very happy with my experience with Fly Fairly. Their customer service is top notch!! I was having a trouble fixing a wrong spelling of my name in my booking but they were able to help me through it. They did their best to contact the two different airlines i booked my flight with and in just 1-2 days, they were able to fix it. I can now breathe and just wait until the day of my flight.
