• Online Check-In:
  Available via the PAL website and mobile app. Opens 24 hours and closes:

  • 1 hour before departure for domestic flights
  • 1.5 hours before departure for international flights
• Airport Check-In:
  Opens 2–4 hours before departure, depending on route.
  Recommended to arrive early, especially for international travel.

Baggage Policy

• Carry-On (Hand-Carry Baggage):

  • 1 piece up to 7kg (dimensions: 56cm x 36cm x 23cm)
  • 1 small personal item (laptop bag, purse, etc.)
• Checked Baggage:
  Included in most fare types. Allowances vary:

  • Domestic Economy: 10–20kg depending on fare class
  • International Economy: 20–30kg
  • Premium/Business Class: Up to 35–40kg
  • US/Canada Routes: 2 pieces up to 23kg (Economy) or 32kg (Business)

Wi-Fi and In-Flight Entertainment

• Wi-Fi:
  Available on select Airbus A350 and Boeing 777 aircraft. Complimentary access up to 15MB; additional plans available for purchase.
• In-Flight Entertainment (myPAL eSuite):
  Available on long-haul flights with seatback screens or streamed via personal devices. Offers movies, TV, music, and games.

Food & Drink

• Domestic Flights:
  Complimentary light snacks and bottled water provided.
  Hot meals may be available on longer flights.
• International Flights:
  Complimentary hot meals, beverages, and special dietary options (must be requested at least 48 hours before departure).
  Alcoholic drinks available on select routes and cabins.

Special Services

• Seat Selection:
  Standard seats may be included; preferred seats (e.g. exit row) available for a fee or included in premium fare classes.
• Passengers with Disabilities:
  PAL provides wheelchair assistance and accessible check-in. Request services at least 48 hours in advance.
• Unaccompanied Minors:
  Accepted for children aged 8–11 with mandatory escort service. Children 12–17 may travel alone with guardian consent.
• Medical & Special Needs:
  Oxygen assistance, dietary requirements, and medical clearance forms can be arranged upon request.
