Insanely easy process and super easy to navigate website. Will definitely be using fly fairly again. I did come across a minor hiccup with my booking not being able to be accessed through the airlines website but this was all very quickly resolved within around 30 mins by using the websites online chat function where Xanthe helped out amazingly whilst being polite and professional.
