Following a challenging period, the airline entered compulsory liquidation in 2023 but was effectively revived in June 2024 under a public–private partnership led by the Collectivity of Saint‑Martin and EDEIS subsidiary Cipim. It resumed flights serving Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint‑Martin, and Saint‑Barthélemy.
The current fleet of four aircraft—including two ATR 72‑600 and two DHC‑6 Twin Otter models—supports reliable regional connectivity throughout the French Caribbean.
